Contacting Us

Due to recently receiving over 600 000 emails in the period of 1 week :-( we have taken the position of not divulging our email publicly any more.

Of course if you buy any of our training materials you will receive our contact email address on your purchase receipt as well as in the email that our system sends you automatically, just in case there is ever a glitch with our payment processing company, this way you are ensured to receive our contact details just in case the need to contact us should arise.

If you ever should need to contact us, could you please supply the same email address in your communications as the one used when you made a purchase if you are going to use a different email address to contact us, as well as any important information relating to why you are contacting us. So that we may solve the problem ASAP.

Of course if you are using the same email account there is no need for this. It just makes finding your details and solving any problem that may arise a fast and timely affair, rather than a frustrating one. :-)
